Goldmine boasts superb conference, event and meeting options which are available for hire.

Room can be fitted/laid to the requirements of the hirer.

Meeting/training rooms from 45 to 85 sq m (485 to 915 sq ft) suitable for 10 to 80 people (depending on layout) are available.

Catering options are also available from our own Vines restaurant, providing a complete spread of options from drinks/biscuits/snacks, to various buffet options, to full service dining. Goldmine also has its own kitchen facility. Please contact us for more detailed menus, catering options and prices.

All facilities are fully accessible to people with disabilities. Wireless internet is included in all our meeting/conference rooms.

Car parking is available very close to Goldmine, adjacent to Asda. Preferential rates can be obtained.

Auditorium
Goldmine has an incredible 400 seat auditorium with retractable tiered seating, divisible into 3 work areas/separate rooms and is available for hire.

• Total floor area 454 sq m (4,887 sq ft).
• Dimensions 20.6m wide by 22.5m deep.
• Internal Height approx 6.5m.
• Full height room partitions - sound proofing 40db.
• Theatre lighting and lighting desk available.
• Sound system and mixing desk.
• Retractable screen and projector (connection for computer).
• Loading door from street directly into stage end.

The Auditorium is suitable for large meetings, conferences, performance, concerts, Theatre productions, drama education, displays/presentation/exhibitions and training.

Room Hire Charges (registered charities can apply for a 25% discount)

£500 - Full day (7 hours + £30 per extra hour) (Mon-Thurs)
£700 - Full Day (7 hours + £30 per extra hour) (Fri-Sun)
£350 - Half day (4 hours + £60 per extra hour) (Mon-Thurs)
£500 - Half day (4 hours + £60 per extra hour) (Fri-Sun)
Includes: Room pre-laid out with tables, chairs and tiered seating. Cabaret style (round tables) for 200 people. Tiered seating for 400 people. Also includes a member of staff on-site.

Auditorium - Centre Section Only
£250 - Full day (7 hours)
£150 - Half Day (4 hours)
Includes: Cabaret style (round tables) for 100 people.

A minimum £25 deposit will be required to secure your booking.

Room hire will be confirmed upon receipt of this deposit.
Room hire will be invoiced before the event.
Any cancellations made to this booking after 7 days before the event will incur loss of deposit.

In connection with Walsall Social Network Zone a number of regular/periodic networking meetings and events are to be established.

• Walsall Social Enterprise/Trade Walsall Monthly breakfast networking meetings, including speakers, advice and/or just a chance to connect with other local businesses.
